Return and Exchange Policies

Costumer satisfaction is our priority, so in the unlikely event that you are not content with your order, please follow these steps to return or exchange:

1. You have 7 days after the delivery date to fill in the requirement of refund or exchange.
2. Send us an e-mail on : contact@weacedesign.com with the subject "Return and Exchange". And specify your order number and refund or exchange reasons.
3. We will reply you as soon as possible and schedule a collection date. Do not send back items before our confirmation.
4. To be eligible for refund the items should be unused and in it's original packaging.
5. In case of return and exchanges the costumer is responsible for the delivery fee.

Damaged items:

• In case you receive a broken or damaged item, please contact us immediately and we will send you a new one, and we will be responsible for the delivery fee.
